Some products may also be stored locally to optimize delivery times.
Prices – VAT – Changes
The prices displayed on the website are in euros (€) including VAT.
In the event of a change in the VAT rate, prices will be adjusted automatically.
KONG PRONOS S.R.L. reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, without affecting orders already accepted.
Payment Methods
Payment is made via the secure Stripe platform. The available payment methods are those displayed at the time of order confirmation (Visa, Mastercard, Bancontact, etc.).
Delivery
Estimated delivery times are indicated on the dedicated « Delivery Times and Costs » page.
The majority of shipments are handled directly by our European partner via a dropshipping model. Some shipments may exceptionally be consolidated for logistical optimization.
KONG PRONOS S.R.L. cannot be held responsible for delays due to third parties (carriers, customs, etc.).
Default Payment
Any default in payment will result in the application of statutory late payment interest. In the event of non-payment, access to services may be suspended.

Applicable Law – Competent Court
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Belgian law.
Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Liège.
Legal Guarantee – Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with applicable laws:
2-year legal guarantee of conformity (subject to the shelf life for perishable products such as cosmetics or dietary supplements).
Right of withdrawal within 14 days for unopened physical products.
Exceptions:
Digital products (ebooks, downloadable files): the customer expressly waives their right of withdrawal upon downloading.
Return Conditions:
Products must be returned new, unopened, and in their original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
All returns or exchange requests must be made in advance via the contact form available on the website or via the appropriate email addresses, accompanied by any supporting documentation (photos, description of the problem, order number).
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
If a product is delivered damaged or non-compliant, the customer must notify customer service within forty-eight (48) hours of receipt, enclosing:
A precise description of the defect,
Clear photographs of the product in question.
After validation, the company may offer:
an exchange,
a credit note,
or a refund.
